Sure! Once your property is rented out, you will receive a copy of the contract, in addition to a complete profile of the tenant. You will be informed about the rental length, the rent amount, as well as other necessary information to keep you in-the-know.

  • Bring a copy of your passport or ID if you’re an individual owner or tenants (if the property owner is a company, the owner or one of the company’s partners’ passport or ID copy should be included, in addition to the license documents or the company’s articles of association)
  • Submit a proof of authorization to use the Unit, which usually is a copy of property Title Deed;
  • Submit a no-less-than-three months old bill issued for the unit by DEWA, that holds the name of the owner or the licensee of the unit.

Unfortunately, no. All relatives and friends should follow the same procedure for booking. Only family members can benefit from an owner stay.

You will need the following information:

  • Your check-in date and time
  • Your checkout date and time
  • Copy of ID for all family members residing with you

Yes, cleaning fees are mandatory to cover all cleaning and housekeeping costs once the guest checks out.

We will be sending you the payouts in the middle of every month, and that applies for rentals that have already been proceeded during the past month.

All statements (including incomes/expenses statements & transactions) are updated by the end of the first week of every month. Reservation details will be updated once a week and provided to the landlord through email or SMS.

If you ever change or update your bank account details, you should immediately proceed with sending us an email to prevent automatically rental payment transfer to outdated account. Â
