To make a booking, all you have to do is browse our wide properties and options on the website, choose the place that stole your heart, select your preferred stay date, and proceed with booking! You will then be provided with the booking fees, and receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information. Security deposit is excluded from the sum, as you’ll be required to pay it upon physical check-in.

You may choose to pay by credit card, through bank transfer, or cash! If you prefer to pay by UAE check, make sure it’s cleared 2 days before your arrival for validation. 

To make sure the whole process runs smoothly and safely for all parties, we request a copy of your ID or passport with all necessary details. You will need to provide your email address and phone number for a smooth communication in case of any emergency. If you choose not to pay cash, we will request your card or bank information during check-in. Be assured that all the information provided is stored safely and securely for your upmost privacy.

Our team is always ready to assist you in case you need any additional necessities, from bed linen to towels, cleaning, delivery needs, etc. we will address your concerns to make sure you have an enjoyable stay and a convenient experience.
